www.anpeateliercph.com is owned and operated by Anpé Atelier Copenhagen ApS (hereinafter referred to as Anpé Atelier Cph). We are registered under company number DK38862162 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

By entering the site or making purchases on the site you comply with the terms and conditions provided by Anpé Atelier Cph.

Copyright and usage of this website
Anpé Atelier Cph is the owner of all intellectual property rights, design rights and copyrights, concerning its jewellery.

Unless otherwise stated, users of this website should assume that everything on the website (such as images, photographs, including any person represented in the photographs, illustrations, text and other materials) are protected by legislation (hereunder copyright, designs and trademark legislation) and under international treaty provisions and national laws worldwide.

Users are not authorised to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, report or otherwise prepare derivative or second hand works based on or use any Anpé Atelier Cph material in any way for any public or commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of Anpé Atelier Cph material may infringe copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK), Euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). The price is shown including Danish VAT at the applicable rate. For customers outside Denmark but within the EU the price at check out will be changed to include your local VAT rate instead of the Danish rate. NON EU orders will not include any VAT at check out. Local customs duties may apply and are not included in the price.

  • Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Anpé Atelier Cph.
  • Prices are subject to misprints. Anpé Atelier Cph reserves the right to change the prices and is not responsible for any misprints.
  • Prices vary according to the current gold prices.

Anpé Atelier Cph accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa Electron, Mastercard Direct, Maestro, American Express.
Anpé Atelier Cph does not accept other payment methods.

Acceptance of orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Please note, that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email (in English) confirming the receipt of your order and contains all relevant details. This email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the order between you and Anpé Atelier Cph will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Anpé Atelier Cph, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Warranty and liability
We provide a 12 months warranty after completion of the purchased products. We warrant to you that any product from us through our website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this Website to ensure that the items and terms are described accurately. There may, however, from time to time be technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. There may be slight variations from time to time in style or colour reproduction or in text descriptions. As the actual colours you will see will depend on your monitor, we are unable to promise or guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will actually reflect the colour of the product delivered to you. Colours of stones may vary, as it is a natural product, and no two stones are completely the same.

We are not liable for any use of the products if you use them for other purposes than they are made for. The products are not suitable for children and may contain small parts.

We are not responsible for indirect losses.

Our liability is in any case strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

This does not include or limit in any way our liability:

  • For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

Privacy Policy
To make an order and place the payment, you will need to register. All details provided must be correct and up to date.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018 (GDPR). You are entitled to ask for a copy of your personal information at any time by writing to us on [email protected]. You are entitled to ask us to correct or update your personal information in accordance with GDPR.

You consent to us transferring your personal information to any countries outside Denmark provided that it is confirmed that similar levels of data protection as in Denmark shall apply to your personal information. Anpé Atelier Cph ApS and our representatives may use your personal information to process your order, deal with your queries and for the purposes of record keeping. You consent to such use.

You acknowledge that parts of the service provided on our website are provided by third-party service providers and not by us. You consent to us transferring your personal information to such third-party service providers for the purposes of processing your order, dealing with your queries and for the purposes of record keeping.

We will keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Security
We take data security very seriously and will use all reasonable endeavours to protect the integrity of the information you provide.

Payment goes through a secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This means that your card information can not be read by others.

Delivery
For delivery time, see the details written under your chosen piece of jewellery. Shipment time varies since all items are handmade and not all styles may be in stock at the moment of purchase. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the item is on its way to you.

Anpé Atelier Cph offers free shipping worldwide, and we deliver with FedEx. As FedEx requires a signature to hand over your package, there need to be someone at the shipping address to sign for the delivery. You may choose a different shipping address instead of your billing address, if that is more convenient to you. If you can’t be present to sign for the package, please contact FedEx to get another arrangement.

Anpé Atelier Cph cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays or failures to perform if the cause is beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial action, civil commotion, war, riot, terrorist act, fire, explosion, storm, flood, any natural disaster, impossibility of use of appropriate modes of transport or technological or communication problems (Force Majeure).

We make sure your jewellery is packaged so it is protected during transit, however sometimes damage may occur. If the jewellery is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, email us at [email protected] immediately when delivered.

Please be aware that orders placed for a delivery outside of the EU may be charged with a customs fees and import duties, which is not included in the price of the product or the shipping expenses from Anpé Atelier Cph. The responsibility of customs fees and import duties and further costs incurred lies with the customer. We strongly advice you to contact your local customs office for further information.

If the parcel is not picked up by the customer or additional fees are added, the customer is responsible for the extra fees and will also be charged the expenses associated with the return shipment, such as freight charges, additional payments, tax, duties, returns etc.

Anpé Atelier Cph retains title to the goods until receipt of all payments in full.

Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to pick up the parcel or arrange a new delivery, if you were not home to receive it, and the parcel is shipped back to us, we will charge you all the costs and expenses associated with the return. We offer to ship the package again to you for an additional shipping cost.

Returns and exchange
Custom-made orders are not subject to return, as they are made specifically for you.

If a ring doesn’t fit, we can adjust it once for free. However some rings cannot be resized due to setting, stability or other factors on the ring.

Status
By placing an order through our website, you warrant

  • That you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • That you are at least 18 years old.

Law and jurisdiction
All sale contracts for purchase of products through our website are concluded in Copenhagen, Denmark. Such contracts and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Danish law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Changes
Anpé Atelier Cph may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.  For this reason, you should review these Terms & Conditions whenever you make a purchase on the website.
