At  Anpé Atelier we take great pride in crafting exquisite pieces of fine jewellery that stand the test of time. Each piece is meticulously designed and crafted with the utmost attention to detail and quality. All Anpé Atelier pieces come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty  for your peace of mind. Please read below about the voluntary warranty policy against manufacturing defects.

12-Month Warranty

All our fine jewellery pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, and our warranty policy is a testament to our confidence in the longevity of our products.

Coverage of the Warranty

Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing errors that may arise. This includes defects in materials and workmanship. Our skilled goldsmiths and setters as well as our quality control experts work diligently to minimize the chances of such occurrences, but in the rare event that a manufacturing defect does arise, we’ve got you covered.

Exclusions from the Warranty

It’s essential to understand that our warranty policy does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse, accidents, improper care, or any alterations made by third parties. If you’ve had your piece repaired by an external jeweller without our prior approval, do note that the warranty policy does no longer cover your piece.

Please note that if the piece contains your own gemstones or old gold or yours, the warranty does not cover the piece.

Also note that natural inclusions in gemstones are not to be considered damage.

Be aware that diamonds and colored gemstones are not guaranteed against scratches, chips or cracks.

Anpé Atelier recommends you to have your jewellery insured by your insurance company, as damage, loss of the piece and normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty policy.

We highly recommend following our care guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jewellery piece, including regular maintenance, cleaning, and safe storage.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe that your fine jewellery has a manufacturing defect covered under our 12-month warranty, we kindly ask you to reach out by e-mail to [email protected] first, before you return the piece to us.

To initiate a warranty claim, you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) indicating the date of purchase.
  • Clear and detailed photographs showcasing the manufacturing error or defect.
  • A brief description of the issue you are experiencing.

Once we have received the necessary information, our team will carefully assess the claim and ask you to return the jewellery piece to us for further inspection. If it is deemed eligible under the terms of our warranty policy, we will promptly proceed with the appropriate actions, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

If it is determined that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will let you know immediately after inspecting the jewellery piece. We will also let you know, if we can offer a repair service and at which cost.
